Returns & Replacement Policy

Shreecrystalsbeads.com offers a very transparent and simple 7 Days Return & Replacements policy.

Conditions to be eligible for the Returns & Replacement Policy:

Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition.
Replacement for items are subject to inspection and checking by the Shreecrystalsbeads team.
Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our Returns & Replacement Policy.
Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc

Return Policy on Loose Gemstones:

For loose gemstones, you can return the gemstone with and apply for an exchange within the 3 Day period by meeting the above conditions.

Note: Shipping charges, VAT and duties are not refundable.

Return Policy on Gemstone Jewelry:

Any custom jewelry created for you (rings, pendants, bracelets, etc.) cannot be returned for Money. You can however, you can place a return request with 10 (Ten) days of delivery to request for a store credit, worth 75% of your invoice value, for use against future purchases on our website.

Important Notes:

- Shipping Charges, VAT and duties are not refundable.
- Return Shipment is at customer's cost.
- Payment Gateway charges, if applicable, will not be refunded. These are billed directly by the payment gateway and are not refunded.
- Additionally, any additional lab certificate that may have been ordered apart from the free along with the gemstone, shall not be refunded in the return payment.
- Returns will take 7-10 business days to process (from the receiving date of the product at our address). Please note that the credit card company / banks may take another week to reflect that in your account.

REFUND POLICY

We will transfer any charges in your store wallet that are refunded . However the refund to the source account is determined by the policies of the payment gateway.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shreecrystalsbeads offers free shipping on all orders only within India above INR 5,000 (Below the order of INR 5,000, Shipment of INR 100 will be charged).
International Free Express Shipping (takes 2-5 days for delivery) is available on all orders above INR 2,00,000 (approx USD 2890 as on 07-September-2017).
All Express shipments are sent through reputed courier service providers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL & TN

What about Custom Charges, Duties, etc.?

Please be advised that we are not responsible for any custom charges, duties, VAT, etc. that your country may be charging as these vary from case-to-case and are beyond our reach. You are advised to contact your local customs for any clarification. Additionally, feel free to contact us, and we may in some cases have older experiences from customers to share.

Also, please note that for international orders that AFTER dispatch, are either refused by the customer, or cancelled, the customer will be liable for all custom duties and VAT charged by their country, in order to return the items back to us. Only after receipt of the item by us, any balance due to the customer, less all fees, custom duties and VAT, will be refunded to the customer as per the refund timeline.

Is my shipment safe?

All our international shipments are packaged with double care! We understand that the journey is long and far, and ensure that you will not be disappointed. Additionally, we partner with reputable logistics providers like FedEx that take good care of your package. Our shipments are sent in durable, tamper-evident packaging. Additionally, all our shipments are insured. The insurance cost is included in our shipping costs, and you do not need to pay anything extra.

Can I track my shipment?

All our shipments can be tracked online. Note that all our express shipments are sent through reputed logistics carriers like FedEx and Aramex.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel any order placed, provided it has not been dispatched. The maximum time for cancelling a order is 2 days from the date of order placed.
